Hyperbaric chamber cost, start to finish.
A hyperbaric chamber for home use runs from about $3,495 for a portable soft-shell (1.5 ATA) up to $29,999–$48,995 for a hard-shell (2.0–2.5 ATA). Clinic and multi-person systems are quoted on request. Every Saturate price is all-in: chamber, oxygen concentrator, and U.S. shipping included.
Which chamber is right for you?
The two decisions that matter most — pressure and shell — side by side.
Buying a hyperbaric chamber, the honest version.
Six things worth settling before you buy. No jargon, no upsell.
Most home research references 1.5 ATA; clinical protocols go to 2.0 ATA and beyond. Higher pressure dissolves more oxygen into blood plasma (Henry's Law) but requires a hard shell. Match the pressure to your goal, not the marketing.
Soft-shell is lighter, more affordable, and tops out near 1.5 ATA. Hard-shell reaches 2.0–2.5 ATA with a rigid steel-and-polycarbonate build. Most homes start soft; serious protocols and clinics go hard.
Measure the room, the doorway, and the ceiling. Lay-flat models need floor length; seated models need height. We confirm the fit with you before anything ships.
Chambers run on standard U.S. household power with an included oxygen concentrator. White-glove install is available across the 48 states, so you are not assembling it yourself.
Look for a real warranty and a return window. Every Saturate chamber includes a 1-year warranty and a 30-day trial. Use it.
Factor the concentrator, shipping, and install — not just the chamber. Saturate prices are all-in, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Hyperbaric chambers, answered.
How much does a hyperbaric chamber cost?
For home use, expect about $3,495 for a portable soft-shell (1.5 ATA) up to $29,999–$48,995 for a hard-shell (2.0–2.5 ATA). Clinic and multi-person systems are quoted higher. Saturate pricing is all-in — chamber, oxygen concentrator, and U.S. shipping included.
Can I buy a hyperbaric chamber for home use?
Yes. Soft-shell chambers around 1.5 ATA are designed for the home, and hard-shell chambers bring 2.0–2.5 ATA clinic-grade pressure into a home setting. We ship across the 48 states with optional white-glove install.
What is the difference between soft-shell and hard-shell?
Soft-shell chambers are lighter and more affordable and operate near 1.5 ATA. Hard-shell chambers use a rigid steel-and-polycarbonate build to reach 2.0–2.5 ATA. Higher pressure dissolves more oxygen into blood plasma.
What ATA pressure do I need?
Most published home protocols reference 1.5 ATA; clinical work often uses 2.0 ATA. Your target pressure should match your protocol and goals — a specialist can help you decide.
Is a home hyperbaric chamber worth it?
If you will use it regularly, owning a chamber costs far less over time than per-session clinic visits, which commonly run $100–$250 each. For consistent long-term use, the math favors ownership.
Is Saturate FDA-cleared?
Saturate chambers are sold as general wellness products. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, talk to your physician about clinical HBOT. We do not make disease-treatment claims.
How much space and power do I need?
Lay-flat models need floor length; seated models need ceiling height. Chambers run on standard U.S. household power with the included oxygen concentrator. We confirm fit and electrical before delivery.
How is it delivered and installed?
Chambers ship free within the 48 states. White-glove install is available so a team sets it up in your space — you do not assemble it yourself.
What warranty comes with a Saturate chamber?
Every chamber includes a 1-year warranty and a 30-day trial. If it is not right for your space or routine, the trial window has you covered.
How long do hyperbaric chambers last?
A well-maintained chamber lasts many years. Soft-shell TPU and hard-shell steel-and-polycarbonate builds are made for daily use; the oxygen concentrator is the main serviceable component.
Does insurance cover a home hyperbaric chamber?
Home wellness chambers generally are not reimbursed by insurance. Some buyers ask about HSA/FSA or, for business use, a Section 179 deduction — check with your own tax or benefits advisor.
Should I buy new or used?
Used chambers can look cheaper but often lack a warranty, a current concentrator, and support. A new chamber with a warranty and a trial is usually the safer long-term buy.
Is an HBOT chamber the same as a hyperbaric chamber?
Yes. "HBOT" stands for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, so an HBOT chamber and a hyperbaric (oxygen) chamber are the same thing. Every Saturate HBOT chamber for sale here delivers hyperbaric oxygen at 1.5–2.5 ATA.
Why pressure is the whole point.
At normal pressure your blood is already near-saturated with oxygen, so breathing more barely moves the needle. Under pressure, Henry's Law takes over: oxygen dissolves directly into your blood plasma and reaches tissue that red cells alone cannot. Paul Bert mapped the physiology in 1878. The chamber is simply how you apply it.
