All Sales Are Final

Every Saturate chamber is sourced and allocated to order. Because each unit is reserved specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. Chambers cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order is placed.
We understand this is a significant investment. Our team is available before every purchase to walk you through product specifications, financing options, and delivery logistics — so you can buy with complete confidence.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Saturate chambers are precision wellness devices allocated directly from our fulfillment partners upon order confirmation. Each unit is reserved and prepared specifically for you. Accepting returns would compromise the quality and safety standards we maintain for every unit we sell.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

While returns are not accepted, every Saturate chamber ships with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and manufacturing defects.
What is covered:
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty components including the oxygen concentrator, air compressor, pressure relief valves, and control systems
  • Structural defects in the chamber shell, zippers, or seals
What is not covered:
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or failure to follow the included operating instructions
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs

Saturate chambers are sold as general wellness products only. They are not FDA-cleared medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any reference to research or clinical studies on this website is for informational purposes only and does not imply that our products replicate the outcomes of those studies. Consult your physician before use, particularly if you have a medical condition.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your chamber arrives with visible shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saturate.com. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, ship replacement parts or coordinate a repair at no charge under your warranty.
Do not refuse delivery for cosmetic shipping damage — contact us first.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if your chamber has not yet been allocated or shipped. Once your order is confirmed and your chamber allocated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Financing agreements remain in effect regardless of cancellation status.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return & Refund Policy and that all sales are final.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
