Return & Refund Policy

Buying with confidence


Every Saturate chamber is a considered purchase, and we want you to feel certain before you order. Our team is available to walk you through specifications, sizing, financing, and delivery before you buy — just call or text (747) 255-1173 or email hi@saturate.co. Because our chambers are prepared and allocated to order, our return terms are specific, and we've laid them out clearly below.

Order cancellations & refunds

  • Within 48 hours of placing your order: You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Just contact us at hi@saturate.co or (747) 255-1173.
  • After 48 hours, but before your chamber ships: You may still cancel and receive a refund of your purchase price, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees already incurred. Contact us and we'll confirm your order's status and process your refund promptly.
  • Once your chamber has been processed: Because each unit is allocated and prepared specifically for your order, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges after shipment. If something is wrong with your order, the sections below cover how we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective deliveries


Your chamber is covered if it arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If you see visible damage, note it on the receipt and take photos. Then contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@saturate.co or (747) 255-1173. We'll assess the issue and, if confirmed, repair it, ship replacement parts, or replace the unit at no cost to you. Please don't refuse delivery for minor cosmetic packaging damage — contact us first and we'll take care of it.

1-Year Warranty


Every Saturate chamber includes a 1-year warranty covering parts and manufacturing defects.


Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship; faulty components including the oxygen concentrator, air compressor, pressure-relief valves, and control systems; structural defects in the shell, zippers, or seals.


Not covered: damage from misuse, improper setup, or failure to follow the operating instructions; normal wear and tear; damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
