Warranty

Every Saturate chamber is covered by a five-year warranty on the shell, pressure regulator, relief valves, and oxygen concentrator under normal home use. We replace covered components at our cost — no shipping charges, no labor charges. Lifetime technical support continues beyond the warranty period, by humans, for as long as you own the chamber.

What's covered

• Shell & seams — manufacturing defects in the chamber structure, welds, and zip assembly.
• Pressure regulator & relief valves — the dual-redundant safety system.
• Oxygen concentrator — compressor and delivery components under normal duty cycle.
• Interior fittings — mattress pad, cushion, and intercom hardware against defects.

What's not covered

• Cosmetic wear from normal use.
• Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the documented protocol and pressure limits.
• Consumables (filters, cushions) beyond their expected service life.
