By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

Saturate chambers are sold exclusively as general wellness products. They are not FDA-cleared or FDA-approved medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, or communicated by our team constitutes medical advice.

Any reference to research, clinical studies, or scientific literature is provided for informational purposes only and does not imply that our products replicate the outcomes of those studies or are equivalent to clinically supervised hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You have given consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.

All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You have all rights necessary to provide such information.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations or match depictions on our website.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Saturate reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance via email. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honored by your card issuer; and (iv) you will pay all charges including applicable taxes and shipping.

Your purchases are for your own personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless expressly stated.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.

All sales are final. Saturate chambers are allocated to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to use the product, failure to read specifications before purchase, or dissatisfaction with results.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the sale is final and irrevocable. This policy was disclosed to you prior to purchase and is a material term of the sale.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you authorized the transaction, reviewed our All Sales Are Final policy, and had the opportunity to ask questions before ordering.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute that we determine to be fraudulent or in bad faith, we reserve the right to: dispute it with full documentation including your order confirmation, IP address, timestamp, agreement to these Terms, and delivery records; report the transaction to fraud prevention networks; and pursue civil legal action for breach of contract including recovery of the full purchase amount plus chargeback fees and legal costs.

Contact us at support@saturate.com before initiating any dispute. We resolve legitimate warranty and delivery issues promptly and at no cost.

Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order and only if your chamber has not yet been allocated or shipped. Email support@saturate.com immediately to request a cancellation. Once allocated or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Financing agreements remain in effect regardless of cancellation status.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon shipment from our fulfillment center.

If your chamber arrives with visible shipping damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not refuse delivery without contacting us first. Failure to report within 7 days may void your warranty claim for that damage.

Every Saturate chamber ships with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper setup, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Saturate is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Saturate. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Saturate, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Saturate.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the Services in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.

If you submit any ideas, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.

You represent that you own all rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

We reserve the right to terminate your access and cancel any pending orders for violations of these Terms.

You acknowledge that use of a hyperbaric chamber involves inherent risks including pressure-related injury and fire risk in oxygen-enriched environments. You assume all risk associated with use of the product and agree to follow all safety guidelines in the product documentation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saturate, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use or misuse of the product or Services.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY SATURATE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, SATURATE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS, AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice at our sole discretion. You remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination. Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Warranty Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Chargeback Policy, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy survive termination.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law.
