Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Saturate ships free to all 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. If you're outside the contiguous 48 and would like a delivery quote, contact us at hi@saturate.co or (747) 255-1173 and we'll see what we can arrange.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Because each chamber is inspected and prepared before dispatch, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to leave our facility. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with carrier and tracking details once it ships.
Delivery time
Chambers are large freight items and ship via licensed freight (LTL) carriers. Typical transit time after dispatch is 14-21 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated delivery from order to arrival is generally 3-6 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees; freight timelines can vary with carrier scheduling and weather.
How delivery works
Because of the size and weight of our chambers, all orders are delivered by freight carrier:
- Standard freight (included, free): Curbside or threshold delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. The driver delivers to your curb, driveway, or garage entrance — not inside your home or to a specific room.
- White-glove installation (optional, available nationwide): For an added fee, our white-glove service brings the chamber into your home, places it in the room of your choice, unpacks it, and handles setup. To add white-glove service, select it at checkout or contact us before your order ships.
Scheduling your delivery
The freight carrier will call you to arrange a delivery window, so please provide a phone number you can be reached at. If the carrier is unable to reach you, or a scheduled delivery is missed, redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Inspect your shipment on arrival — important
Please inspect the packaging and chamber carefully before signing the carrier's delivery receipt (bill of lading). If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. If possible, refuse a visibly damaged shipment and contact us immediately at hi@saturate.co or (747) 255-1173. Noting damage at delivery is essential for us to file a freight claim on your behalf — signing a clean receipt for a damaged item can limit our ability to resolve it.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and address changes after dispatch may incur carrier fees.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
